How It Works
Step 1: Ask These 3 Quick Questions
Before we begin, ask the gift recipient:
- “Do you currently use Google Analytics on your website?”
- “Do you find the data in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helpful to review?”
- “Would you be open to letting someone build a dashboard for you?”
We’ll first request “Viewer” access (read-only) to understand their data, and then “Editor” access to build dashboards. Don’t worry — we can’t edit or delete anything in their account.
Step 2: Choose the Look
You’ll receive a short questionnaire to share with the gift recipient. It helps us tailor the dashboard visuals to their personality, style, and business focus.
- Want something creative? Describe the image you’d like and we’ll generate 5 AI-based dashboard mockups based on your concept.
- Prefer a personal touch? You can send us your own image (JPEG), and we’ll incorporate it as the dashboard backdrop.
Step 3: We Build It
Once the image is approved, we embed charts, tables, scorecards, and graphs that reflect the most relevant business data — from standard GA4 metrics to customized performance indicators if available.
